Building experience since 2011
Founded in 2011 as Metal House LLC, we began by supplying mining camps and tourist accommodations. Since then we have taken part in over 100 projects across mining, tourism, building extensions, and housing communities.
In 2015 we introduced light steel frame manufacturing and assembly, and in 2025 expanded into Light Steel Construction LLC — a fully integrated production and logistics center.

Why steel frame?
Dry assembly
Factory-prepared components are assembled on site. Schedule and seasonal requirements are defined by the design and work plan.
Engineered structure
Seismic requirements, soil conditions, loads and building use require project-specific engineering.
Fire protection
Fire resistance depends on the complete assembly, including cladding, insulation, connections and protection.
Design-led fabrication
Dimensions, tolerances and connections are specified in approved drawings and fabrication requirements.
Corrosion protection
Coating, exposure, moisture control and maintenance are specified for each project. Request material certification with your quotation.
Environmentally friendly
Steel components can be recycled. Material use and waste depend on the design and complete building system.
